R.E. Darby is a self change and personal development specialist as well as a staff writer here at the Agenda of Life Foundation. He grew up in east L.A. wondering if he was a white kid or a chicano. He's about as exciting as corn flakes and he is really grouchy. We lost count of all his personality disorders long ago. Why do we keep him around? Well, even though he's as old as dirt, he rebels against absolutely everything, it's like a pavlovian response with him, and every once in awhile he comes up with some really inovative views of the world and the Human species on it.


Parenting? Huh?


Bob is a 67 years old and a single parent, his daughter is 20. He said that it was difficult trying to learn how to be a regularresponsible citizen after being such a jerk for so long, but learning how to be a good parent was absolutely the toughest job of all.

Aside from writing a book and internet articles, he is the former project director at a nonprofit foundation in the Santa Ynez Valley whichis located in the Santa Barbara area of California. He works at a senior center helping his fellow seniors figure out the internetand e-mail among other activities.

When we asked him to write his personal story. he smiled and said, "Na, much too boring"
